New 43T6863DB not playing Dolby Vision in Netflix

I bought a new 43T6863DB less than a week ago. I have been trying to use Netflix app installed on the TV and everything works except any Dolby Vision programs. I get a black screen with some lines on top and audio, but no video. I read on some other threads that an update may solve it but my system was updated at start and I checked that there are no new updates available.
Please let me know what I can do. I like the TV and would be a shame if I have to send it back because of this issue.
