    The TV is connected to the internet and Netflix works perfectly, but all the other Apps and Softwareupdate cannot connect at all.
    Is an aerial connection required for this model? Any specific one? IP and MAC settings are checked already

    Hello HarryG,

    An aerial connection is supposed to inserted along with a Wi-Fi connection to use these catch up apps.
