Hi can you please tell me the difference between 43V5863DB and 43V6863DB because to me they look identical and it seems to me that you have just rebranded the old model as a new one?

Now I have just brought the 43V6863DB from Costco and had to send it back because the back light was bleeding in the top right hand corner you could seen white light in that corner when watching a movie with a dark scene.

You also say 43V6863DB is identical to the 43U6863DB but that is not the case the bezels and housing is different as I have seen 43U6863DB in Currys.

Can you please give me answers to these questions.

Hello Ruhim, The differences between the models is just cosmetic. The 43V6863DB does have Bluetooth as an added feature.

Thank you for that info, and can you also tell me if the 43V6863DB uses 8bit, 10bit, 12bit for the panel. Reason I am asking is HDR and Dolby Vision recommened 10bit as standard and the is a massive difference in colour repoduction for example 8bit produces 16,777,216 colors in total and 10bit 1,073,741,824 colors.
