  1. No HD channels on new Toshiba 50U6863DB

    I have retuned many times now and still no freeview HD channels appearing on channel list. If I plug exactly the same aerial cable into my original Freeview Samsung TV I get all the HD channels so not an aerial problem.

    can you advise please?

    Hello Barkerj,

    Have you tried performing a first time installation at all? If not, I have left instructions below:

    Press Home
    Choose Settings
    Choose Installation Choose YES
    TV will turn off and back on
    Follow on-screen instructions

    Hi Jacob. Yes I did a first time install when I first got the tv 3 weeks ago. However I have just gone through this process again and still none of the HD channels are listed. Again to check I have put the aerial in my Samsung tv that I was replacing and all HD channels are available on the Freeview channel list so not an aerial issue.
