    I have the Toshiba 49" 4KUHD smart tv. I've had it for 10 months. Today I was unable to access Netflix or Youtube because there is no internet connection. When I check system/settings/network settings it says its connected. I've deleted saved profile and did a new initial set up. I've changed WAP2 to WAP. I've checked its registered on the router. I don't know what else to do.

    Hi, do any of the other apps work on the TV?

    Nothing works. Home page says 'please connect your device to the internet to enjoy smart tv features.'

    Seems you may be right, apologies, however can I ask, do you have a standard aerial connection to the TV?

    I have no aerial. Never have and its worked fine for 10 months.
