    On my Toshiba TV the app store is broking. If I start the store app, it didn't find some URLs and didn't start up. My TV is 49U5863DA. The Netflix and YT app also didn't work.

    Hi, have you tried a first time installation on this? If so and it hasn't resolved the issue please email the team on the below email and they will be able to help in regards to this issue if a first time installation does not resolve the issue

    Hi Just brought a brand new smart Toshiba TV 40L3863DB. However it doesn't have the Amazon Prime app and I can't see to find a way to down load it to watch Amzaon Prime. How do I get this app to work on my TV? Any help would be great thank you.
