    After receiving "update failed" messages when entering smart mode on TV model 32D3453DB I downloaded and applied the latest firmware update V_3_5_5F.EXE from Toshiba. After completion the TV automatically attempted to reboot and failed. It is now stuck in limbo with the power light flashing red/green continuously. Neither TV buttons or remote will operate the TV. The update has apparently completely disabled the TV and it is now totally unusable. Is there any way of resolving this?

    Hi, in this case I'd advise speaking to the team on 0333 222 7111 and they should be able to help you out.
