I have a problem with my blu ray drive BDX4400. The browser don't work since 3 days :

The player want to install a new version but the remote don't work on the "installation page" (ONLY), i can't click on "AGREE" :




The remote (SE-R0432) is OK when i use it for navigate in the menu, Blue-ray...

We can't use youtube, Netflix... Can you help me ?
