I'm having an issue where when I'm playing any video game whilst my laptop is on charge a few minutes into gameplay it turns itself off.

It is probably caused by it overheating so I opened it up, removed any dust ect but the problem still persists. I'm wondering now could it be a faulty battery? The fan seems to run faster as well on charge.

I have no issues when its on battery life but it's not seeming to hold much power, an hour or so tops.
