I have spent about 5h looking for different BIOS Versions and alternative flash Methods with the common recommendation to use wincrisis when the Update is bricked. Nothing worked. Now I came across your instructioni and by accident I happend to have the exact USB Flash tool which I bought for something else from ebay but never used. IT WORKED. This was my very last attempt before throwing the Laptop away.

So in short: Confirmed for Toshiba Satellite C660D-18C Part PSC1YE. The Original Toshiba Bios v1.60 now works!

I will add to this later but first I wanted to thank you for this great instruction!
