Hi,

I have a smart TV model 55L7453D, with software version 8.1.97.10.01.1.

It is connected to the internet but no apps ie Netflix, youtube etc will not open and all I get is service is currently unavailable.

I have reset the tv and my router and still getting the same issue. Its been like this since yesterday.

Can anyone offer some advice as to what to do as customer support is closed?
