Click Mini L9W-B with Windows 10.
Everything works fine but I can't update the BIOS to 5.20, via Service Station or downloading from the Toshiba website.
Process gets as far clicking yes to UAC... then nothing.
    Any suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks.

I have the same problem, also with Win 10.

Meanwhile, the keyboard does not responding anymore ..

Just tried installing using Windows 8 compatibility mode, seems to have worked!

It also seems to have fixed a WiFi problem which only started since my initial post.

If anyone from Toshiba is monitoring this thread, could you update the Service Station program so I/we don't have to do this manual process next time, thanks.

Compatibility mode work for me too - so to add a bit more info.
I did this by manually extracting the BIOS update files to a folder without running the application automatically following extraction - this is an option

How to run compatibility mode in Windows 10:
Go to setting and search for 'Run programs made for previous versions of Windows' and click on the result to run the program

You can go to the link below for some guidance but this is for Windows 8 - follow from step 4 by clicking 'Not in list' and browsing to the program 'tinstall' in the folder with extracted BIOS files. This should kick off the BIOS update
