    Hey, I have a Satellite Pro C850-10T and my web cam isn't working. Whenever I try to use it, it says that the incorporated cam isn't plugged or activated. I tried to download the web cam drivers at the site, but it didn't solve the problem

    What do I do?

    Do you use original preinstalled WIN7 64BIT HOME PREMIUM?
    Is webcam listed properly in device manager?

    Please check the device manager.
    If the webcam is not listed there, then there might be an hardware problem with the webcam module. This need to be fixed by service notebook technician.

    PS: be also sure that webcam is enabled in BIOS… not quite sure if the C660 BIOS contain the webcam on/off option but my BIOS did… so its worth a try…
