    I'm Tecra A10-11K user and can I upgrade SSD on Tecra A10-11K?

    Yes you can :)
    You will need to use an SATA SSD drive

    I want to upgrade with that one, Kingston HyperX Series (SH100S3/120G).

    According to the Kingston specification page, the SSD drive supports the SATA Rev 3.0.
    SATA interface is down compatible and this means that even if your notebook would be equipped only with an SATA rev 1.0 or SATA rev 2.0 controller, the SSD drive should be recognized.
