On my laptop Toshiba Satellite mouse (touchpad) is inactive when the power is connected, but only works on battery!
The battery normally takes place during this time but we can not use the mouse!

    How to solve this problem??

Out of curiosity but which notebook model do you have?
Do you use original preinstalled OS that you got with your notebook?

Can you enable/disable touchpad using FN+F9 key combination?
