    Hi

I cannot understand our language but can you please tell us which empty media do you use: CDs or DVDs?
If possible try please with DVD-R media and try please to obtain Verbatim or TDK.

I have created recovery discs on several Toshiba notebooks using always DVD-R Verbatim and every time it was OK.

    It must be DVD-R ?

Yes, first dvd was finished properly, while the second one give me the same error two times.
I did not try the third and forth.

Anyway I'm going to buy a 16GB USB pen drive, even if I'm not happy about this problem.

If you record Toshiba Recovery Media Creator on pendrive please write here and write or has recorded well or is still the same error

If someone doesn't write here how to solve this problem is I'll have to write to the uokik (Office of Competition and Consumer) that toshiba has no contact for a professional support or give the complaint my laptop.

    Regards, cdplayer.

As far as I know in every European country Toshiba has authorized service providers so you can ask for help there. Have you already contacted someone?

Please check your type of ODD (optical disk drive)

According to this Toshiba knowledge base article the firmware update might help to solve some problems with an Toshiba Recover disk creator.
+ODD Firmware Update to fix problems with the Toshiba Recovery CD creator+
    http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/OPT0602W20000R01.htm
    and
    http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB9C02RP0000R01.htm

If your ODD does not need an firmware update, then you should check another disk like TDK R. I never had problems with TDK R disks.
