I have a Satellite C660 which was working fine this morning. When I returned from work and powered it on, the entire keyboard is not working and therefore cannot enter my login details.
The Num lock and Caps lock are lit.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Hi

Are you able to disable the CapsLock and NumLock?
Can you access the BIOS pressing F2 while powering up the unit?

If this does not work, I would recommend checking an external USB keyboard.
If the USB keyboard would functions, then this means that the internal keyboard is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Did you check the external USB keyboard as recommended by PauPau?
If not do that… and if it does work, then your internal keyboard needs to be replaced…
