    Hi,

    I have a T110-107.
For security reasons i only turn the wireless LAN on when i require it.

The problem is that sometimes 'something' switches it on, sometimes when i boot up and sometimes while i'm using it.
I use the 'FN' and 'F8' hotkeys to switch my WLAN on and off so there's no possibility that i can do it accidentally.

    Can anyone help?.

    Hi

    Sometimes something enables WLan???
Strange… as far as I know you can disable the WLan using the FN + F8 button combination.
Be sure that you have disabled this using these keys and ensure that you don’t enable the WLan accidentally pressing these keys.

    Greets

    Thanks.
I think what i need is some sort of small application that will give me a warning or an indicator that my WiFi is active.

I think the WLan led is visible and this should be a warning for you that WLan is On
