    Hello

    > any other way?
For example Toshiba recovery disk instead HDD recovery option.

By the way: Why HDD recovery doesnít work? Do you get an error message or have you deleted some recovery files?

Donít understand me wrong but without exact error description I doubt that somebody can give you a detailed answer.

my problem began with hard disk was active all the time witch make seeking noise and very very slow
I changed the bios option from AHCI to computability the l655 didn't recognize the hard disk at all
I restored it to AHCI now I got the message bootmgr missing

I don't have windows 7 DVD to repair the boot sector

so should it work holding the ( 0 ) with power in SL655? if so that means I've problems

it is bad luck I didn't get even to work just 1 day with my new laptop :(

    Hi paradis_pal_1,

    > I don't have winsows 7 DVD to repair
You donít need a Windows 7 DVD, you can use the Toshiba recovery disk that you created or you didnít create it?

If you donít have Toshiba recovery disk and no normal Windows 7 DVD you should contact an authorized service provider in your country. The guys can order a Toshiba recovery disk that you can use for restoring the original factory settings. :)

    Hi

The recovery procedure which you have found above describes the recovery procedure on Toshiba US notebook models.

If you have Toshiba European notebook model check this:

+How to recover a Toshiba notebook with the HDD recovery procedure+
    http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R01.htm

If HDD recovery does not work, you will need to order a recovery disk.
    For European models check this:
    http://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx

For US notebook models check this:

I know how to use the the recovery tools, but it doesn't work, show this message at the END ( he installed programs can't start , click OK to turn off computer )

    a question please,

I'm in command in windows repair, I can access the drive X:\ , how to restore the original windows manually?
    what commands I need?

    >how to restore the original windows manually?
As far as I know this is not possible.

If you are in the repair console then you can use some commands but as far as I know there is no command which allows you to install the windows manually!

    But check these Microsoft docs:
