Have you noticed the same situation using all USB ports?
Are other USB devices recognized properly?
Which operating system do you use?
Do you use original OS you’ve got with your notebook?

Yes i have this Situation on my 2 USB ports.
I cant answer the second Question i dont understand her, but the Headset works on my normal Desktop PC.
    I use Windows 7 Ultimate

No, i have buy Windows 7, the Orginial OS was Windows Vista!

I didn`t have a Driver CD for the Headset, and i found no entry in the Bios (Phonix Secure Core) for USB Ports or something.

Have you installed Chipset driver for Windows 7?

Which notebook model do you have exactly (L550-xxx)?

Sorry but I cannot support you in German. We must write on English language only.

If you have problem with headset only I presume you need right driver for it.
Have you already checked headset manufacturer site for downloads?

    Wait a moment.
As far as I know all cheap headsets don’t have USB connection but standard jacks.
Do you use some USB adapter?

Cheap product – bad quality. :)
Use standard jacks. USB connection will not offer some better sound quality or any other benefit for you.

Keany meant that you should check other USB device like USB flash memory stick and should test the USB ports using this USB stick.
If the USB flash memory stick would be recognized, then the USB ports are OK!

You said that > The USB Ports Works
So it’s not USB port or notebook issue… maybe your headset is not compatible with Win 7.

This Headset works 100% with Windows 7 my other Desktop PC`s have windows 7 too and it works!

Its a Laptup Issue, i think Soundcard Driver or something.

I would not say it’s laptop issue if OTHER USB device work ok.
Maybe it’s simply a compatibility issues between notebook and this headset…
By the way; did you try this headset with this notebook and with the preinstalled Vista?
I mean you should test this using the factory settigns.

I think it has not sense to lead this discussion in this way; I mean either it’s software or hardware issue…
If it’s hardware then you cannot do anything here…

If it’s software then you should check what could cause this…
I mean you can delete all USB port and hubs from device manager… reboot the notebook, wait until all ports has been recognized and then connect again…
In other case you will need to reinstall OS and then check this…
Also a BIOS update might be useful…

In worst case it’s hardware related but I don’t think that this could be possible because other USB devices works. Right?
