    Hi,
when I type on the virtual keyboard on the Libretto w100, a box with word-suggestions appear by default. The virtual keyboard has a button to turn this feature off (a circle with A9(?) in orange and blue) but it is enabled by default. I would like to disable this feature permanently. Anyone know how to acomplish this?

    thanx / Anfanglir

Have you already tried to configure it on the taskbar ?
If I press the A9 symbol in the taskbar, then I have to choise to change the word suggestion, after 3 character,.. and Off

on my screen what i think must be the 'a9 taskbar' is actually called 'xt9 settings'. unfortunately selecting 'off' does not seem to affect the A9 button on the screen, it springs back to life when the keyboard is next opened.

Then I would remove it in windows setting.
The settings for the keyboard layout shows below the language, other-xt9 input service. Remove and then you should get rid of it

    Thanks, that worked.

The utility is apperently called XT9, and can be removed in the Control panel, Region and language, Keyboard and language, Change keyboard, Text services and input language
    XT9 input service
    Remove
