Repair with in Warranty month
I purchased Toshiba LS 500-11V laptop model number PSLJOE-OOROOJEN serial number 89346796K on 4 Dec 09 from UK. It developed a fault on 15 Dec 10. Due to my busy commitments i could not go to the dealer here at Jeddah, KSA intime. Today i cotacted REDINGTON Arabia ltd E-Mail email@example.com. They refused to entertain repair on Warranty. Since Month of Dec is still on I request that said dealer be asked to undertake repair on Warranty.

In the whole story I donít see any concrete info about warranty. When you bought your notebook you know how long the warranty period is.
Have you may be bought warranty extension?
