    Hi buddy,

Can you please tell us what notebook you have exactly?
    What OS you running?

I also donít what does this error message means exactly but try to reinstall Value Added Package. Please check the Toshiba page to get a new version:
    http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com > Support & Downloads > Download Drivers

Before you install the new version, remove the old one and clean your system using CCleaner.

    Good luck! :)

    Hi buddy,

Thank you for giving us these informations!

But it would be interesting to know if you have already reinstalled Value Added Package as Xardas already wrote.
    Check this!

If it doesnít work you should try to use the HDD recovery option. This reinstalls Windows and you have same settings after the first start when you bought the notebook.

    Hi again,

No, I haven't reintalled anything as yet.
Where do I find the 'Value added package"?

Are these flash cards of any importance to using the computer? It seems to be running OK except for the other message telling me that IE has stopped and it will close all of my windows but all I do is click the x and nothing happens there either.

To reinstal Windows does that mean all of the Vista application and reinstalling it all?

Sorry I'm not all that techno minded.

    Thanks again,
    Suu

    Hello

Obviously you have Australian notebook model so please visit Toshiba Australia support page under http://www.mytoshiba.com.au/home
Go to SUPPORT > Downloads and pick up your notebook model. As OS choose Vista and you will find Value Added Package and all other important drivers, tools and utilities on the list.

If you need more assistance please let us know.
