    Hi,

I'm using TEMPRO and it suggested to update my BIOS.
I downloaded the file and execute the setup file. Unfortunately, it says "The size of ROM file is incorrect".

Does it mean I m doing it wrongly? or I already have newer BIOS in my system.

    Please advice.

    Thanks.

Try manually installing the BIOS yourself by going to the Toshiba Website and downloading the latest X300 BIOS.

    Hi

First of all I would not do everything what Tempro said!

Secondly this error message has been posted here in the forum several times and if you would search for “The size of ROM file is incorrect” you would find this:

    http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=120455
    and this for example:

The problem is that you have not unzipped the package correctly!!!

Anyway, I think it’s not necessary to update anything if the notebook is running troublefree!!
