    I have satellite sm30-314
    model no.:PSM30E

    I forgot my bios key.
    What must I do?

    Please help me!

    Forget it buddy… you cannot remove the BIOS by yourself if you don’t know the right password.
    In such situation only the ASP which is responsible for your country could help you.

    I would recommend contacting the guys immediately and to ask for the further handling.

    BIOS password can be deleted by ASP only. Problem is that BIOS password deletion procedure is not a kind of “universal procedure” and not the same for all notebook models.

    Believe me you need professional help.
