    It looks like the picture is a bit to big for the monitor. The browser får example is cut off at the top and the start menu bar is cut fo at the bottom.
    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I'm using windows 10 on my laptop. Connected the TV by HDMI cable.

    I'd advise checking the PC settings for display settings.
