    Has anyone had any issue in relation to poor internet connection with Freeview Play. It is saying that my BT Hub is connected, but when I access Freeview Play, it keeps saying there is no internet connection. I did say yes when accepting the terms and conditions, and yet the catch up service is not working. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    My TV model is the 24W3863DB by the way.

    Hi. I would advise trying a first time installation on the TV and seeing if this would resolve the issue.
