Seems that the function keys, to control the volumen, wireless and bluetooth on/off, pad on/off and so on seems not to work in Windows 8.

I Installed all new drivers, used the Toshiba Upgrade utiliity but seems not to work.

Does anyone knoe how to fix this?
It is pretty annoying that now I cannot control the devices with F keys.

Thanks for any recommendation.

Regards
Sergio

Hi

Is Toshiba Value Added Package for Win 8 installed?
This is an essential package providing the buttons functionality.

Hi

Are you sure that you have used the functions buttons properly?

Here is a info I found on Toshiba knowledge base page about the FN buttons:

+Function key changes in Satellite and Qosmio 800 series+
http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB2903E00000R01.htm

Furthermore I found the [Flash Cards Support Utility 1.51.8.1C for Win 8 |http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_driver_details.jsp?service=EU&selCategory=2&selFamily=2&selSeries=152&selProduct=7507&selShortMod=null&language=13&selOS=40&selType=all&yearupload=&monthupload=&dayupload=&useDate=null&mode=allMachines&search=&action=search&macId=&country=all&selectedLanguage=13&type=all&page=1&ID=85400&OSID=40&driverLanguage=42] on the Toshiba EU driver page.
You need it to use FN buttons
