Hello,

I have a Satellite P305-S8920 running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. My problem is that my laptop will not connect to my home wireless network.
Whenever I try to connect I get an error saying that my laptop does not meet the requirements of the network.

I'm using a D'Link DIR-615 router with WPA security. I can connect fine using LAN (ethernet) and the unprotected network at my college and local library.
I also dual-boot with Ubuntu Linux, and I can connect fine using it, so I know it is not a hardware issue.

Thanks for any help.

Be sure the notebook WLAN card is installed and enabled properly.
Does WLAN card and router works with the same wireless mode (a,b,g,n)?

Have you tried to test it on friendís networks?

Hey, I reinstalled some stuff from the toshiba website (one was a driver, the other two had something to do with WLan) *and I got it working.*
