HEEE???? ?:|
Are you sure that you know how to update the BIOS???

Come on cheshire! The BIOS update is risky if you don’t know how to do it!
Usually you don’t need any drivers or additional software to recognize the USB FDD drive!

I hope you have downloaded the right BIOS and use the right BOS update procedure because if you will do it in the wrong way the motherboard could damage!
Therefore you have to read firstly the BIOS update guide lines! You can find it on the BIOS download page under “More info”

Hi

Wow! You still have this almost 10 years old unit. I saw it few times but as far as I know it have internal FDD. Is this internal FDD defective? Which external FDD you try to use?

I am not 100% sure but this ‘oldie’ has SelectBay for FDD. Do you try to use this one? The problem is that there is no much info about this old unit and you will be very lucky if someone has enough experience with it.
